Mr. N. Ramakrishna is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of MOMSOON Fertility & IVF Centre, a pioneering institution dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of parenthood for childless couples. The very name “MOMSOON”, symbolizing “Motherhood Coming Soon”, was coined by him — a name that captures the hope, compassion, and mission that defines the organization.
With a background in law (B.Sc., LL.B.) and banking (having served in Vysya Bank starting in 1980), Mr. Ramakrishna blended legal acumen and financial discipline with a deep sense of social responsibility. Early in his career, he practiced law and later transitioned into banking, where he honed his managerial capabilities and strategic thinking.
Driven by his passion to empower others, he founded the MILLENNIUM Credit Co-operative Society in Bangalore in the year 2000. This financial institution was aimed at supporting budding entrepreneurs and individuals in need of financial assistance. His contributions laid a foundation for many to chase their dreams with confidence.
Recognizing the rising need for infertility treatment and empathetic care in reproductive health, Mr. Ramakrishna established the MOMSOON Fertility & IVF Centre in 2009 in Bangalore. His mission was clear — to make the dream of a complete family possible for couples struggling with infertility.
